September 17, 2016 4:00-10:00 PMThe Harvest Faire has gotten a late start this year with a number of parishioners gathering
together to make it a success! It will have a different look but it will have the same awesome
food booths of the past and games that will entice the young people. Kiddieland will be there for
the children and Pull Tabs and Bingo will be available for the young at heart. Our annual Candy
Booth, our YLI baked goods and our Country Store will be available for shoppers.We need your help for a variety of Harvest Faire Activities. Please call the rectory at 747-4020 or
email Jackie at hrreled@aol.com if you can help. This is what we need:
1. Different types of homemade candy for the Candy Booth or sugar and chocolate chips. If you
have questions call Allison at 925-642-5404 to get more information about the Candy Booth.
2. If you are a baker and want to help the YLI they can use cookies, cakes, pies. Call the rectory
to tell us what you can bring.
3. The Country Store needs items to sell. We especially like
homemade items but will take other goodies as well. Call Jackie
at 757-4020 ex. 19.
4. We need adults and teens to work in the Game Booths and
Bingo. We need an adult for every booth for both Friday and
Saturday. We also need helpers for Bingo.
5. If you are interested in helping with set up and electrical, call
Jackie ad she will connect with the right folks.
