At Holy Rosary we use a Relational Ministry Approach, which means that we teach the teens our Catholic Doctrine first by building a relationship between the teens, Core leaders and our Lord Jesus. We understand that we cannot love what we don't know, so one of our main goals is to help the teens getting to know more about Jesus and why it is important to have a relationship with Him. 

Much of this happens in Year 1 (YR1) in which we focus on answering most of their questions about being Catholic, and we also review the 7 Sacraments and how they apply to our daily lives.
By Year 2 (Yr2), members of the program say that we become a faith family. The teens and their leaders have a closer relationship and feel comfortable sharing their joy along with their fears and doubts. Most importantly at this point the members of each small group are able to identify the strenghts of their peers. Therefore, in Yr2 we focus on empowering the teens by helping them learn about The Holy Spirit and his action through the lives of the teens. Our second goal is to help the teens become the Soldiers of Christ they are called to be. 

This program is a blessing for all its members, Core leaders, Teens and their Families. Together we embrace a Journey of Faith in which we pray, learn, laugh, support each other and sometimes even cry, but together we make a perfect WHOLE through the grace of the Holy Spirit. No one walks alone. We are all a big Family, The Confirmation Family.
