1. Call or go to the office to check if the date you want is available and make an appointment to officially reserve your date. It is recommended to reserve the desired date as soon as possible after your check that it’s available.
2. To reserve the date, you will need to bring to the appointment:

• The deposit of $250 (cash or check). The total payment is $650. The remaining $400 can be made in payments as long as the full amount is paid in full one month before the ceremony.
• The Registration  Form (please print it and fill it out if possible)
• A copy of the certificates of the Sacraments of Initiation (Baptism, First Communion and Confirmation). If the Quinceanera has not been confirmed yet, she must enroll in the Confirmation program the following August.

3. The Quinceanera will need to attend the XV formation, which can be done in a Retreat or in a series of 7 classes in a row. Karen Flores, will contact you with that information. The formation is required not optional.
4. The Quinceanera is required to complete 10 hours of community service and get the Mass attendance sheet signed every Sunday.
5. One month before the celebration there will be an interview with the Dominican Sisters to turn in all of the requirements.

The $650.00 includes the ceremony, the rehearsal and the XV formation.
It DOES NOT include the Musicians or decorations.

The XV ceremonies are usually on Saturdays at 12:00pm. Any other day or time must be approved by the pastor before they are schedule.
